Hello, I’m Anne Lewis, a Scar and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner based in Burgess Hill.

With over 20 years’ experience in health, fitness and recovery, I’ve supported people from all walks of life — from Olympic athletes at London 2012 to new mums healing from C-sections, to patients rebuilding confidence after major surgery.

I bring together specialist training in scar therapy, lymphatic drainage and manual therapy with a compassionate, down-to-earth approach. My aim is simple: to help you feel better in your own skin, restore comfort and confidence, and support your journey to recovery.
